Dear Frank, I spent a lot of time debating whether I should send a letter or only a card; as a result I haven't sent anything until now; and still only a card (obviously). Let me know if you'll be there where you are long enough to warrent a letter; but at least when you reach the permanent abode, inform me chop-chop and a letter will chop-chop be forthcoming. Your frequent attendance at "La Trine" interests me. Is it a salon or a nite-club flowing with golden wines? Why, Frank, I flush to think of it. Let me know when you commence to hate "l'armie", so I can say "I told you so" John C.
